Reports do not recommend
A RaiseNote report never states whether to bid or pass, how much to bid, or a rating or score of any kind. It verifies the claims in the deal documents against public sources, sets the deal in market context, and lists risks. Where the report shows context labels — a market-cap band, a company stage, a sector — they describe the deal; they are not a view on whether it suits you.
What the analysis cannot see
The analysis is built from the deal documents provided and from information that was public on the day it ran. It cannot see bookbuild demand, allocation intentions, or anything known to insiders and not disclosed to the market. Where a claim could not be verified from public sources, the report says so rather than inferring an answer.
